 Rates apply to advance reservations only and
are subject to a 7% Maine Sales Rooms and Lodging Tax.
Additional person rate is $15.00/day.
Deposits:
Deposits for weekly reservations are $250 US on Motel & Cabin rentals
and $500 US on Apartment rentals. Deposits are processed immediately and
applied to last days of customer's reserved stay. Reservations are based
on both arrival and departure dates.
Cancellation
Policy: There will be no refund on any deposits made unless
cancellation is made 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Motel
& Cabin cancellations made 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date
will receive a full refund of deposit minus a $50 administrative
fee. Apartment cancellations made 45 days prior to scheduled arrival
date will receive 1/2 of the deposit. There will be no refunds for
reservations made within 45 days of scheduled arrival date. There
will be no refunds for for early departure regardless of reason.
Check Out Time: 10:00am
Check In Time: 3:00pm
Reservations:
Guaranteed until 5:00pm unless notified of late arrival.
Management is responsible for providing accommodations to registered
guests only. If reserved party arrives with more people than agreed
to, reservation may be cancelled at management's discretion. There is
no subletting of accommodations.
 June
14 thru Aug 29, 2008: Apartment rentals are for weekly
Saturday reservations only from Saturday at 3:00pm to following
Saturday at 10:00am. Cabin and Motel kitchenette units have a 3 night
minimum requirement. Management may require weekly reservations during
high season. Check with innkeepers for low season minimum
requirements.
Daily Maid Service for Motel and Cabins. No daily maid service
in Apartments. Fresh towels available daily at office. Additional bed
linens subject to $8/bed charge. Limited maid service during low
season.
All rooms have private bathrooms with showers and are equipped with refrigerators, color/cable TV, air
conditioning, microwaves and coffeemakers. Cabins and Apartments have microwave
units. Motel kitchenettes and Cabins have 34" height size
refrigerators with freezer space for ice tray only.
Parking: All rentals have parking for one vehicle only unless
otherwise specified. We are not responsible for providing additional
customer or guest parking. Check with innkeeper prior to arrival for
more information.
Back yard picnic area with gas grills available. Pool is for registered
guests only
 Innkeeper office hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm daily
