Rates apply to advance reservations only and are subject to 9% Maine Sales Rooms and Lodging Tax.
Additional person rate is $20.00/day.
DEPOSITS: Deposits for weekly reservations are $350 US on Motel & Cabin rentals and $500 US on Apartment rentals. Deposits are one night rent for all other reservations. Deposits are processed immediately and applied to last days of customer's reserved stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, Travelers Checks and Cash.
CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that occasional cancellations are necessary.
Motel and Cabins: If it is essential that you cancel, a refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received before 30 days of your scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is less than 30 days before your arrival, a one night deposit will automatically be forfeited. Refunds will not be issued after check-in. A processing fee $35 will be charged for all cancellations.
Apartments: If it is essential that you cancel, a refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received before 45 days of your scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is less than 45 days before your arrival, your deposit will automatically be forfeited. Refunds will not be issued after check-in. A processing fee of $35 will be charged for cancellations.

Motel and Cabins: 3:00pm
Apartments: 4:00pm
RESERVATIONS: GUARANTEED UNTIL 6:00PM UNLESS NOTIFIED OF LATE ARRIVAL.
Management is responsible for providing accommodations to registered guests only. If reserved party arrives with more people than agreed to, reservation may be cancelled at management's discretion. There is no subletting of accommodations.
DAILY MAID SERVICE: In order to keep our staff and guests safe, there is limited maid service. Fresh towels are available daily. Additional bed linens subject to $15/bed charge.
All rooms have private bathrooms with showers and are equipped with refrigerators, color/cable TV, air conditioning, microwaves and coffeemakers. Apartments have microwave units. Motel kitchenettes have 34" height size refrigerators with freezer space for ice tray only.
PARKING: ALL RENTALS HAVE PARKING FOR ONE VEHICLE ONLY.
Picnic area with gas grills is available.
INNKEEPER OFFICE HOURS: 9:00am to 7:00pm daily
SMOKING: We are a smoke-free property. All rooms, cabins, and apartments are Non-Smoking - thank you. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking in the room.
DAMAGE: If Motel property is damaged or left unreasonably dirty, fees are according to damage caused or a $300 cleaning fee will be assessed to the guest's folio.
We at Moontide strive to provide our guests with a clean, safe, and friendly motel experience.
Visitors are allowed on motel property at the sole discretion of Moontide management. Quiet hours begin at 10PM. We are a family friendly, quiet motel. There is a zero tolerance policy for illegal substances on the property. Guests playing loud music, disrupting others, or breaking Moontide policies, will be removed.
Moontide Motel is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to or evict anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or Maine State laws. Moontide Motel has a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse accommodation or remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by our policies.
